Caricaturist No. 998 has a special offer in place for each person that books him for an event in 2011 or 2012. For each confirmed booking he will draw a full colour caricature from a photo FREE OF CHARGE!! If this is for a wedding or anniversary, then this can be the bride and groom / married couple. For all other events the offer extends to a single caricature of one person only.

What Can You Expect To Get From This Special Offer?

An A3 sized pastel pencil/pen full length caricature of the bride and groom appropriately dressed, which can incorporate a simple theme, e.g. a beach, mountains, or objects e.g. a football, wheelbarrow, briefcase etc. So for example, if the groom likes football, and the bride likes gardening, these themes can be featured within the caricature if required. For a sample of this type of caricature scroll down. Please Note; this offer only allows for basic a basic theme. If more detail is required, this can be done for a small extra charge.
Alternatively,  an A2 sized welcome board caricature with the same formats mentioned above and with supporting text in bold pen using gothic or other script. This can displayed for guests to see on your wedding day and can also be drawn or mounted on stiff card.
Great Idea! Why not have this A2 caricature on display at your wedding and get all your guests to sign it. A great memory of your special day.

If that wasn't a fantastic enough offer, Caricaturist No. 998 will also pre print the paper that he will be drawing your guests on and personalise it for you, with a piece of stylised text in the corner. So it might say 'Mark & Karen 23rd July 2011'. If you prefer, he can print a miniature version of the caricature of the bride and groom mentioned above or any image provided by you on to the paper. This will provide your guests with a great memento of your special day and at no extra cost to you!

Please Note; this offer only allows for a basic theme. If more detail is required, this can be done for a small extra charge.
Alternatively,  an A2 sized welcome board caricature with the same formats mentioned above and with supporting text in bold pen using gothic or other script. This can be displayed for guests to see on arrival at your event. This can also be drawn or mounted on stiff card.
If that wasn't a fantastic enough offer, Caricaturist No. 998 will also pre print the paper that he will be drawing your guests on and personalise it for you. This could be your company name, logo, the product you are promoting or just about anything. This can be drawn or you can supply a photo.

General Notes For This Special Offer

What Will I Need To Supply?
You would need to supply a good quality, face on / side profile photograph of the person(s) to be drawn, preferably with them smiling. The perfect photo would be the person facing slightly to the left or right of the camera, but with their eyes looking at the camera. The picture to the right is a good example.

If there are any specific requirements with respect to styles of clothing that the caricatures need to be wearing in the drawing, (e.g. wedding dress, top hat & tails, kilt, etc) then you will need to provide photos of this clothing or links to online images. A written description is also helpful. This can be discussed directly with the caricaturist.

The photo(s) you provide can be sent by email or by post to the caricaturist.

Remember to advise the caricaturist of a simple theme for the caricature and the deadline for you receiving the finished item.
Remember, don't leave it to the last minute, give the caricaturist plenty of lead time. He will have many other clients who also have deadlines, so make sure to get your requirements to him as soon as you possibly can.

How Will You Receive The Caricature?

• If the clients home or work address is in easy reach of the caricaturist, without making a special trip and incurring fuel costs, he will be happy to deliver the finished artwork to you in person. This caricaturist covers a very wide area so this is not always possible.

• The caricature can be collected from his home address, but strictly by appointment only.

• A digital image can be emailed to you, which you can print yourself at home / work or take to a printers / copy shop to print for you.

• Up to A3 size can be posted at a charge £5 p&p or for the larger A2 welcome board size, it would be £10 p&p. Please note; Drawings on stiff card cannot be posted, as they may get damaged in transit.

What Extra Services Can The Caricaturist Provide For You?

Terms & Conditions;
1) The caricaturist will only start work on the special offer caricature once all booking paper work is complete and the booking deposit paid.

2) Should the booking be cancelled after the special offer caricature has been completed (regardless of if the client has received the completed drawing), the caricaturist will have the right to invoice the person / company who has claimed this offer. The value of the offer caricature will be deemed to be £50.

3) If you have booked at short notice, it may not be possible to complete the special offer caricature in time for your event. If this is of major importance to you, you must check to see if the caricaturist has the time to complete the drawing, before making a booking. Failure for the caricaturist to meet a deadline, will not be considered grounds for cancellation of your booking.
