Questions About Booking A Caricaturist?
Q; I have received a quote and I wish to book a caricaturist. What do I need to do now?
A; It is very easy, all you need to do is complete our online booking form by clicking the booking form link that is in the email quote we sent you. You will also find a link to the booking form in the quote that we sent you. Where available, always include your 2nd and 3rd choice caricaturist, in case your 1st choice has accepted another booking in between you receiving the quote and you making a booking.

This online form authorises us to book the caricaturist on your behalf. Once the artist accepts the booking, you will receive a confirmation email from us informing you that your booking is confirmed.
This will be followed by another email that contains a link to an online form. This form is where you supply all the details of your event & any special requirements / instructions for the caricaturist. The form allows you to sign digitally, so there is no need to print it out.

When the form is submitted, a copy will be sent to the artist. They will have your full details so that they can contact you to discuss your event in finer detail.

Q; When should I book the caricaturist?
A; Caricaturists are a very popular form of entertainment for weddings, corporate events and many other functions.
It is a fact that there are not enough caricaturists in the UK for the amount of people who would like to book them.
Our expert advice would be, as soon as you find a caricaturist that suits your requirements, book them as soon as you can or someone else will.
Questions About Payments?
Q; How much is the deposit?
A; The deposit amount can vary depending on the sum quoted. Typically the deposit is between 55 and 85.
Q; When is the final balance due?
A: The final balance is due 21 days before the date of your event. If you have made your booking at short notice your payment will be due in full.
Questions About The Caricaturist?
Q; Will I have direct contact with the caricaturist to discuss the details of my event etc?
A; Yes, the caricaturist gets your full contact details, so that he / she can discuss your requirements in finer detail
Q; How many caricatures can a caricaturist draw per hour?
A; On average you are looking at 10 to 15 per hour, some can draw more. Remember that this is often governed by what is happening at your event and how easy it is for the caricaturist to get to people.
If your priority is getting as many caricatures done as possible, then it is better to have the caricaturist based in one place and those guests that want to be drawn, will come to him. If the artist has to walk around finding new people to draw, this will obviously decrease the number of drawings they can do.
